Area-based pricing

You pay for the areas you stage

No packages and no per-square-foot guesswork. Each area carries its own price, and your quote is the sum of the ones we agree on at the walkthrough.

Ranges cover a typical home; where a room lands depends on its size, how much furniture it needs, and the price band the house is competing in. Every figure includes design, delivery, installation, a 45-day rental period, and collection after closing.

How a quote comes together

Priced around your house

No two houses need the same staging, so we don't quote from a package. At the walkthrough we agree which areas are worth staging for your house and its buyer, and your quote is the sum of those areas from the schedule above.

Hallway corners and public bathrooms are styled at no charge alongside them.

The process

From first call to collection

Most projects run from consultation to photography in under two weeks.

  1. Step 01

    Walkthrough

We walk the property with you, talk through the target buyer and the timeline, and say honestly which areas are worth staging and which are not.

  2. Step 02

    Area quote

You get the list of areas, what each one includes, and a fixed total. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

  3. Step 03

    Install

Our crew delivers and places everything in one visit. Most homes are finished inside a day; large estates take two.

  4. Step 04

    Final styling

The details that photograph: sightlines, layered lighting, fresh greenery, and a last pass through every frame the camera will see.

  5. Step 05

    Collection

Once the sale closes we collect everything within 48 hours and leave the property exactly as we found it.

Always included

Every area price covers the same service

Whether you stage one room or every one of them, the work behind each area is identical. The only thing that changes is how much of the house we cover.

  • Delivery and installation by our own crew
  • 45-day rental period, extendable month to month
