How much does staging cost?
We price by area, so you pay for the rooms you stage rather than a package. A living area runs $1,050–$1,550, a primary suite with its bath $950–$1,400. The full schedule lists every area and what each one includes.
How quickly can you stage a property?
Most homes are installed within 72 hours of you approving the plan, and the install itself takes one day. Large estates take two. We keep a few rush slots open each week for listings on a hard deadline.
Is staging really worth it?
Staged homes photograph better, show better, and tend to go under contract sooner than comparable empty or lived-in listings. Staging almost always costs less than the first price reduction it prevents.
What happens to the furniture after the sale?
We collect everything within 48 hours of closing and leave the property clean. If the buyer wants to keep specific pieces, we can usually arrange a purchase.
